The leaders should be competent to resolve the problems of the people and meet their aspirations unconditionally rather complaining and making some excuses. The Basic Leadership Attribute is to live up to the expectations of the people and deliver results consistently. Be it good governance or the inclusive development, a leader must excel in all the fields. We know that the people are the power but the performance of a leader must be extra ordinary to prove and enabling self to be acceptable to them forever. Therefore, the persistent and passionate performance will always count for a leader to remain honourable and acceptable to the people....!!!
